Couldn’t possibly be more proud of this thing. Just got my copy in the mail, and it’s truly a thing of beauty. It’s the best by far of the three comic book biographies (and three comic book scripts in general) I’ve had the privilege to see published to date, and was very, very much worth the decade-plus wait to see become a reality. A great way to start the creative year!
Yes, I got mine and I thought it was really great. The art and the writing flow so well.
ReplyDeleteThe writer in me wants to have had a shot at revising, and wish it could’ve included some more recent news, such as the publisher’s decision to stop releasing some of his books. But I doubt there’s readership to quibble too much. I’m glad you got your copy, and that you like it as much as I do!
